THE TERMS OF SALE
The terms of sale are valid when purchasing goods and services from the seisuk.fi online store between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and the company Seisuk Furniture OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store). In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the seisuk.fi online store are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act in force in the Republic of Estonia (võlaõigusseadus, hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legislation.

All prices presented in the seisuk.fi online store are in euros (€). Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the expiration date of the payment for the order placed (14 days from the time the order is placed).
If the order has been submitted before the change in the terms of sale or prices, the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to the legal relationship between the Subscriber and the seisuk.fi online store.

CREATING AN ORDER
The order can only be submitted by adult and legally eligible Subscribers.
1) Add the products you want to the shopping cart.
2) To place an order, first press the BUY button in the shopping cart
3) On the order creation page, fill in the required contact and delivery address fields
4) Confirm the transport option
5) If desired, add the invoice address
6) When you press the GO TO PAY button, you will be directed to the Maksekeskus AS page, where you can make a payment in online banking or with a payment card.
7) After successful payment, you will be directed to the order confirmation page.
In the online store, you can pay via bank links and with VISA and MASTERCARD credit or debit cards.
Seisuk Furniture OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data, Seisuk Furniture OÜ provides the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The online store seisuk.fi has done everything possible to present the pictures and colors of the products as accurately as possible. The online store does not guarantee that your display terminal will display colors with 100% accuracy, and thus cannot take responsibility for color differences that are within reasonable limits.
The online store reserves the right to remove products from the product range.
ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE TRADE AGREEMENT
Verkkokauppa seisuk.fi agrees to the agreement when it starts fulfilling the order. If necessary, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order by notifying the Subscriber.
With the Goods Trade Agreement, verkkokauppa seisuk.fi undertakes to hand over the Goods to the Customer existing, manufactured, ordered or to be acquired in the future and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Customer.
Orders that have not been paid for will be canceled 7 days after the order is placed. The Trade Agreement enters into force after the payment made by the Subscriber has arrived in the e-commerce bank account.
The online store seisuk.fi delivers goods all over Finland to the front door. After the entry into force of the sales agreement, the seisuk.fi online store collects the order and notifies the Customer of the estimated delivery time.
With the online store seisuk.fi has the right to withdraw from the contract in the event that it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods. The online store informs the Subscriber of the withdrawal from the agreement as soon as possible, either by phone or e-mail. If the Customer has already paid for the ordered goods, the online store will refund the purchase price without delay, no later than within 1-2 working days.
The speed of delivery depends on the delivery promise attached to the product. If the delivery promise has not been marked, the delivery promise is 4 weeks. The delivery promise is indicative and may be delayed for a couple of days due to sacred and surprising circumstances.
Products in the same order with different delivery times will receive a final delivery time according to the product with the longest waiting time when confirming the order. The online store reserves the right to distribute orders for products with different delivery times and deliver them in several parts.
Delivery deadlines for the online store seisuk.fi are valid from the moment the order amount arrives in the online store's bank account.
Verkkokauppa seisuk.fi is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the goods in the event that the Customer has been offered the right time to transport the goods, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that the online store could not influence or anticipate. The online store is not responsible for delivery delays and misunderstandings if they are due to the inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer in connection with the preparation of the order.

RIGHT OF RETURN
After receiving the order, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store without giving a reason within 14 days, except for such products (Section 53 (4) of the VÕS):
- made to the personal needs of the contracting entity (material or accessory chosen at the request of the contracting entity)
- manufactured to the customer's specifications (custom-made product based on the customer's specifications)
In the event of a deterioration in the condition of the item to be returned, the Customer shall be liable for the decrease in value due to the use of the item only if he has used the item in a way other than necessary to ascertain its nature, properties and function. In order to be convinced of the nature, properties and operation of the object, the Subscriber must handle and use the object only as he would be allowed to do in a normal trade.
If the original packaging of the goods is damaged or if the use of the goods during the trial period exceeds the reasonable extent necessary to inspect the goods, or if the returned goods are not in the same condition as new, similar goods, the online store has the right to unilaterally deduct The amount of compensation shall be determined from the extent of any reduction in the value of the returned goods and the amount of compensation shall be notified to the Customer in the first instance after the amount of compensation has been determined.

The online store and the Customer agree on the transport options for the return of the goods and the cost of returning the Goods is paid by the Customer, unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the ordered one (eg wrong or defective item).
Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the online store seisuk.fi will return to the Customer without delay, no later than within 14 days, all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs of the item used by the Customer, provided that the returned goods have been returned to the Online Store.
The right of return does not apply to legal persons. A consumer is an individual within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.
Verkkokauppa seisuk.fi is not liable for damages caused to the Customer or for a delay in the delivery of the goods, if the damage or delay in the delivery of the goods has been caused by circumstances beyond the online store's control or anticipation.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
When writing information and confirming this in the online store, the Customer grants the right to collect and process the Customer's personal data (name, contact telephone number, parcel delivery and / or home address, e-mail address) and provide the logistics partner with personal data for delivery.
With the online store, seisuk.fi has the right to use the address of the Subscriber's home or location to deliver advertisements and other information to the Subscriber. The e-shop will send newsletters and offers to the Subscriber to the e-mail address only if the Subscriber has expressed his / her wish by entering his / her e-mail address and stating his / her wish to receive direct mail messages. The subscriber has the opportunity to unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
The customer has the right to refuse the collection and use of his personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to recover a claim arising from the contract or to deliver the goods.
Goods purchased from the online store are subject to a two-year complaint period. The online store meets the requirements of the goods for non-compliance, if the non-compliance existed at the time when the goods were handed over to the Customer. If there is a defect in the goods, we ask you to stop using the goods immediately and notify the online store of the defect without delay.
The online store is not responsible for defects in the goods caused by installation, use and / or maintenance of the goods that do not meet the requirements of the goods or are not in accordance with the intended use. The online store is not responsible for defects in the goods that occurred during normal wear and tear of the goods.
In the event of non-compliance or defects in the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the name of the orderer, the contact telephone number and a detailed description of the non-compliance or defect in the product.
A complaint about a product's non-compliance or detection of a defect must be made as a matter of urgency, in any case no later than two months after the product's non-compliance or defect was discovered. All complaints will be processed and the Subscriber will be contacted as soon as possible, in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the complaint.

If the Subscriber and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Subscriber has the opportunity to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Consumer Consumption Commission). The terms of the procedure can be found and the application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Board is competent to resolve disputes arising from the agreement entered into between the Subscriber and the Online Store. The handling of the customer's complaint by the Board is free of charge. In the event of cross-border complaints, the Subscriber may contact the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Forum. Disputes are settled on the basis of the law of the Republic of Estonia.
